In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a hired person at the Schenefeld site (near Hamburg) at the next possible time Projektmanagement (m/w/d) Hanseatic Group is looking for backup for your subsidiary Guba-Trade GmbH. Guba-Trade GmbH is a dynamic and expanding company. We are dealing with seafood products and mainly supply the German-speaking area. Our products are from various European production sites. Guba-Trade GmbH is certified according to the IFS standard “Broker”. MSC/ASC, Global G.A.P. and BIO certification are also of course for us. Now we need you to get even better together! Although you need to pack yourself up and know all the handles, you are also primarily responsible for a small team and accompany all aspects of setting up and continuous improvement of processes and tools for you and your employees.

Tasks you need to do as a team: Acceptance, acquisition and settlement of orders (debitors) Creation of delivery documents and invoices via our ERP system Testing and recording of input invoices, goods inputs, transport invoices and inventory monitoring Processing of complaints and damages Communication with production facilities, customers and logistics operators General deposit and administrative support Master Data Care (customers, suppliers, articles) Tasks transferred by the management within the scope of the department In addition or deputy, you have the following tasks: Designing and planning new business (listings & actions) Efficiency increase of processes by continuous increase of the degree of automation Work for monthly and annual accounts Create reports Coordination of customer requests Creation and support of the team in the daily business

Completed training in the commercial sector, with first professional experience in order processing, sales services High customer and service orientation First management experience and fun to bring a team to success Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge in Excel and good Outlook skills Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented thinking and acting Flexibility and teamability The willingness to learn and grow with the tasks
