In doing so, you move in a targeted manner between demand-oriented shopping and fast sales by ensuring that the goods availability and the numbers in your area of responsibility are correct. Together with your team, you put your goods in an appealing manner – because the eye always eats with – making shopping at your counter an experience. Individually, personally, professionally and cordially advise and serve your customers – also as a model of your team. You are responsible for the operating counters and ensure the optimal “performance” of the corresponding cooling shelves and troughs in the self-service. Based on your careful personnel deployment planning and talent to motivate, develop and inspire employees, you are the perfect choice for this job!

Complete training for the specialist seller/in in the fresh sector or butcher/in. Ideally, a master's examination in the butcher's craft or a further education for the meat or cheese sommelier/e. The first guide experience in the field of operating counters. Very good knowledge in the wide world of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products.
