The Bundesverband Farbgestaltung is the leading association of the German painter and Painter crafts. Together with the national associations and innations, we represent the interests of our member companies across the country with respect to politics, business, social partners and the public and are driving forward the future topics of our industry. Cooperation in national and European standardisation bodies, including in DIN standards coating materials and coatings (NAB) and construction (NABau) further development of technical standards and performance descriptions for the painter and painter's handicrafts, in particular in the STLB construction of the GAEB and in the context of industry- related ATV of the VOB/C technical representation of the painter and painter's handicrafts, cross-industrial and cross-industrial bodies, e.g. ZDH, German Steel Concrete Committee (DAfStb) and SIVV Creation and updating of technical leaflets and documentation Bundesverbandes, its specialist committees and cooperation in writings of other industries Associations Support of specialist committees and committee chairs of the Bundesverband Consultation of members of the board on technical questions and provision of expertise information Identification and assessment of new technologies and procedures and monitoring and intervention in relevant market developments and legislative and regulatory procedures

Master qualification in painter and painter crafts and/or completed studies (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor), e.g. in civil engineering or in a comparable Section knowledge of coatings, plastering, drywall, Wallpapers, joint sealants, concrete restoration and surface protection, energetic Building renovation and WDVS Multiannual practical work experience in the relevant fields of activity Communication strength, service orientation and joy in professional exchange Structured and independent working and the ability to manage complex processes and topics High readiness for travel (also for multi-day journeys) Embossed quality awareness and high detail accuracy Safe handling of PCs and common office programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
