Your organizational staff will show you in the support of the management in all administrative and organizational matters. General assistance and administrative tasks such as the preparation, care and preparation of documents, overviews and evaluations are your responsibility. For personal management, you form an interface function and support in the processing and coordination of administrative personnel topics. You are routined in appointment management, pre- and post-preparation of presentations and decision-making templates and have a very good written expression for the preparation of protocols and templates. You take on special topics, projects and ad hoc activities.

You have completed training or studies in the field of personnel, administration, organisation or comparable qualifications. You bring professional experience into assistance functions, ideally in a logistics environment and convince with organisational strength in appointment control, prioritization and tracking of tasks. Your interest in human resources and your experience in this area complement your profile perfectly. You have a well-founded knowledge of the common office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams) as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing. Your experience in dealing with sensitive data, your reliable functioning as well as your ability to edit topics independently, are characterized.
