Team Leader Property Accounting - Service Charge Statements (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team with up to 10 people Construction, development and management of the team Staff deployment planning Ensuring performance, quality monitoring and ensuring the time-limit for customer man data (in particular in the field of operating and auxiliary cost accounting and processing of objections) Coaching of employees Participation in meetings with owners and service providers as well as with tax advisors, auditors and other third parties on matters of superior importance Parent contact for customers in case of questions from the area of responsibility Close cooperation with Property Management and Accounting teams Control and monitoring of external service providers Direct reporting line to the Head of Property Accounting

Successfully completed/s property-specific/s training/studies Relevant professional experience in the field of cost accounting Good knowledge of operating and heating costs iX-Haus, Yardi Voyager and/or SAP knowledge are advantageous First experience with the change and digitization of business processes and change management desirable Experience with institutional customers and first leadership experience desirable High service affinity, ready-to-use, self-motivation and communication strength as well as team capacity Conflictability and Enforcement German language skills Good knowledge of English Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel
