To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an employee sales service / Customer Service (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) at the next time in Frechen.

You are the first contact person for our customers and make sure that You feel well looked after from the request to the delivery You start offerings, take over the complete order processing and always keep an overview You control individual customer projects, e.g. in the field of own brand production, and accompany them from idea to implementation You work closely with production and logistics and make sure that dates, quantities and quality are correct You coordinate delivery dates, clarify queries and find pragmatic solutions when it gets tricky You test market and competition developments and actively contribute your findings You support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks and thus contribute to the joint success

Completed commercial training Professional experience in sales Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) High customer and service orientation Own initiative and solution orientation Teamability and flexibility Analytical and Commercial Thinking Communication strength, friendly and convincing appearance Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
