Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 8-10 experts in master data management Tactical & Operational Development of the Stem Data Management Area with the Focus on Tradeware in the Purchasing Department Building and developing roles, responsibilities and processes in data management Further development of cooperation with adjacent areas and departments, especially with our IT subsidiary dmTECH Cooperation in the development and implementation of an international master data governance for the data domains responsible Sustainable establishment of process-oriented perspectives in the field Responsible takeover and cooperation on relevant projects related to master data management throughout the company

Multiannual professional and disciplinary leadership experience and strong know-how in the support of transformation and change processes Completed studies in information management, computer science, business or comparable field and multiannual professional experience Knowledge of data governance, master data management and organisational development Technical understanding of data architecture, databases and interfaces as well as experience with ERP (ideally SAP S4/HANA) and PIM systems Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, ISO standards, TISAX) Embossed experiences on technical concepts around product master data Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as structured, solution-oriented operation High design and empathy and genuine interest in the needs of our colleagues
