Pedagogical Specialist in Outpatient Assistance (m/f/d)

Locations: glues and nearby surroundings Part-time – 19.5 to 31.2 hours per week Start: at the next possible time As a modern and innovative diaconic child and youth support facility with around 100 employees, we are active in glues and and outdoor areas in the region. Our team of flexible outpatient assistance works with heart in glues and adjacent parts of the Rhein-Neckar-Kreise You work in the field of flexible outpatient assistance according to H.z.E. according to SGB VIII § 16, 30, 31, 35, 35a and 41; an application is also possible in our module of integrated horter education.

Structural and content planning as well as independent implementation of individual aid measures as a case-leading specialist Cooperation with families, youth office, schools and other network partners within the H.z.E. Digital administration and documentation of own cases Cooperation in assistance planning and participation in help plan discussions Engaged participation in team meetings and technical feedback in the team

Completed educational training or studies Social work / Social education or comparable qualification Professional experience in child, youth or family assistance (patient or outpatient) Impressed communication skills and consulting skills Independent, structured and binding work Sensitivity, reliability and loadability Driving licence Class B and mobility within the region
