Product Developer Food Industry (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored new and further development of market-oriented, innovative frozen and refrigerated products taking into account customer-specific requirements (e.g. briefings, specifications, food-related requirements) Development and optimization of recipes, raw materials and manufacturing processes in terms of sensory, quality, processability and process reliability Creation of hand patterns and timely provision of patterns to customers Support in the creation and maintenance of product specifications and calculations Accompanying the entire development process from concept to successful scale-up on production lines including implementation, evaluation and documentation Technical support and consultation of sales in product-specific questions Continuous analysis and optimization of the existing product portfolio Organisation, preparation and reprocessing of tastings including documentation Care and updating of the productive recipe stock

Successfully completed training as a cook, food technician, food technologe or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the development of frozen products, ideally in the area of finger food and snack products Embossed customer and market orientation as well as a sense of trends and consumer needs Self-employed, structured and practical working combined with creativity and innovation Communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence to internal and external contact persons High self-initiative, flexibility and implementation Safe handling of MS Office and common project management tools
