You are responsible for the optimal resource planning as well as the economic and timely disposition of work orders and for the associated maintenance teams Your planning will be carried out on a weekly basis and will keep track of the efficient use of existing resources (personnel, vehicles, etc.) in cooperation with the other components. You will ensure optimal utilization of existing maintenance capacities taking into account the current degree of processing of open orders In addition, you conduct the order controlling, key number reporting and the weekly consultation with district managers The implementation of the annual capacity planning as well as the holiday and qualification planning for the assigned teams also belongs to your tasks You set up monthly planning (service plan) taking into account the absence of employees, working time laws, business agreements and collective agreements

Your profile:
