Regional Manager for New Systems in the Elevator Industry - South-West Region (m/f/d)

Tepper Aufzüge GmbH is the largest manufacturer of elevator systems in North Rhine-Westphalia with nationwide locations. In addition to the distribution, construction, production and assembly of various elevator systems, a customer service is available for the care of existing elevator systems around the clock. Tepper Aufzüge GmbH is a TK Elevator company.

As a regional director of the Southern-West new plant region, you have the overall responsibility for the strategic, economic and organisational development of this new plant region. You are responsible for the strategic orientation and continuous further development of the new plant organization in your region, and You are guided by clear objectives and measures. You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a decentralized team of around 40 employees and promote a performance-oriented, professional cooperation. You are responsible for sales and earnings for the region and ensure the achievement of the defined objectives. You control the essential sales and market-relevant activities of the region and accompany procurement and contract discussions with customers and partners at strategic level. You plan and control the regional budget, ensure efficient use of resources and ensure compliance with corporate policies and processes. You act as a central interface between region, management and other internal and external stakeholders and regularly report to the management. You contribute significantly to compliance with the occupational safety guidelines.

For this responsible leadership position, you will bring a combination of strategic thinking, leadership and sales strength: Complete studies in industrial engineering or a qualification as a technical farmer or a comparable training Ideally industry experience in elevator technology or plant engineering Multiannual leadership and sales experience, ideally in a regional or comparable management function Detectable successes in managing revenues, teams and budgets Embossed strategic and analytical skills as well as a good sense of market and customer needs High levels of communication and negotiation, especially in handling demanding customers and internal stakeholders Sovereign appearance, decision-making strength and the ability to take full responsibility Structured, solution-oriented operation and a high degree of self-initiative Flowing German knowledge and secure English skills
