Employee IT Risk & Digital Resilience (DORA), 50-100% (m/f/d)

You actively strengthen the digital stability and security of our bank and implement the requirements of DORA in a comprehensible and practical way. You develop our DORA framework together with IT, compliance and external partners. You work closely with our IT service providers and keeps in mind quality, risks and resilience measures. You create and care for processes and documentation that help in everyday life. You monitor IT risks and prepare clear, understandable reports for management, compliance and revision. You accompany audits (e.g. revision, BaFin, IT audits) and you are a contact person in questions. You coordinate IT Incident Management and make sure you learn from incidents. With training and awareness measures, you strengthen the security awareness throughout the house.

A completed study or comparable qualification in the field of business, IT, economic law or information security. Experience in the regulated environment (e.g. bank, financial service provider, insurance or FinTech). Interest in IT governance, compliance, information security and IT risks. A good basic understanding of IT processes and operating models, first contact points with DORA, BAIT, MaRisk or ISO 27001 are of advantage. You communicate safely with different stakeholders and work structured and solution-oriented.
