You are actively stepping into our projects in fiberglass construction and take responsibility step by step (e.g. cluster construction, co-locations, customer connections) You support construction meetings with our partners and get insights into the control of construction projects You learn to ensure the quality at the construction site and evaluate progress in construction You work closely with an experienced team and develop yourself as a contact person for our construction companies You keep rules and requirements in mind and learn to implement them safely You document project workflows and work together with the team for transparency You support project progress monitoring and develop a sense of risks and solutions You bring your ideas into your hands and see how we develop our processes

You have completed training or studies in the field of telecommunications, electrical engineering, construction or comparable You have gained first practical experience (e.g. through internships, student work or training) You show interest in construction projects and technical relationships You have a secure handling of MS Office and ideally basic knowledge of ERP or GIS systems You convince by a structured, reliable way of working and the desire to learn new things You have communication strength and joy in working together in the team You own the license class B
