We are looking for a speaker (m/w/d) Personnel basic tasks in parttime (from 24 hours/week) for our headquarters in Stuttgart.

You're working on basic human resources issues, including volunteer services, jumper pools, maternity protection and other topics. You develop the EHS concept for search prevention and develop information and training materials. You are the central contact person for search questions and advises managers and trustees in our facilities. You advise our institutions on other labour and collective bargaining issues.

completed social or economic studies or a comparable qualification well-founded professional experience in human resources and knowledge of the relevant legal bases Knowledge and ideal training in addiction prevention and addiction assistance Ability to capture and process complex relationships strong sense of responsibility independent and structured operation Communication strength and team capacity
