With Karl's adventure village, originally founded as a strawberry farm, we have developed into a successful operator of eight amusement parks in Germany, and our growth continues. By 2035 no one in Germany will have to drive for more than an hour to an adventure village of Karls. With a variety of attractions – from roller coasters, playgrounds, manufactories and restaurants to hotels – we offer millions of visitors a year unique experiences. By 2035 we plan to extend the number of our adventure villages to up to 22. We remain fair, authentic, generous, family, augence-winning, loving and creative. Not only do we run construction projects – we create experiences.

You accompany our leisure, tourism and theme projects from the first idea to the opening. You keep costs, appointments and quality under control – and you can not only read dates and cost plans, but create them yourself. You work closely with creative teams, the operative team, specialist planners, authorities and construction companies. You start tendering, conduct contract negotiations and tax entrepreneurs. You understand construction contracts and can safely negotiate, apply and administrate them. You are flexible and love to work on the construction projects with rubber boots on the construction site as well as in the construction container. You like to be on site with your construction projects and know the processes from practice. Whether at the construction site in Germany or in conversation with international partners – you can safely move in both worlds and communicate confidently in English. You make sure ideas become reality – on schedule, on budget, with attention to detail. You recognize problems early, think pragmatic and find solutions that work – simple, clever and feasible.

the least 3 years of experience with complex construction projects – ideally amusement parks or attractions. Someone who works analytically and solution-oriented, but never loses the sense of practicality. And someone who has the pleasure of creating projects that people move.
