We offer our customers individual needs- and solution-oriented advice on occupational retirement (bAV) and life-time models (LAZ). Support our team in the Ulm region as soon as possible Business Consultant (m/w/d)

Advice with a wide view: You are an indispensable support for our customers and bring your know-how into our consulting teams. Be the strategic head for complex consulting projects with the aim of optimizing and redesigning supply systems. Implementation: You develop tailor-made insurance solutions for bAV and value accounts for the corporate customers of the cooperative association so that You can look relaxed into the future. Advice: The focus is on what our customers really are moving. You analyze business data, identify customer needs and accompany them personally or digitally on the way to more security. Customer responsibility: Trust grows with every contact. You care about existing relationships and inspire new customers with individual insurance concepts. Marketing and communication: With your know-how, you can take marketing measures – whether for presentations or trainings. Process security: In your area of responsibility, you are responsible for structured processes, current documentation and high quality in daily work. Project work: You shape the future – through your collaboration in projects that make our operational precautions even more innovative and customer-oriented.

Business or Legal Studies, Ideally Business Administration (w/m/d) Alternative training in insurance and finance with bAV certificates High expertise in bAV systems and in time value accounts models Multiannual professional experience in bAV consulting Analytical vision with ambition to advance solutions proactively Communication strong personality with sovereign appearance, coupled with entrepreneurial action and thinking Team player with high service orientation Travel readiness combined with flexibility for hybrid work
