Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d)

As Team Management Accounting (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours/week) at the FKR baucentrum Marburg site, you take a key role in managing and developing our accounting system. You ensure the proper accounting, optimierst processes, work closely with the management as well as colleagues and external business partners and lead your team to success in a targeted and valuable way.

Proactive cooperation with internal colleagues and external business partners Monitoring of ongoing accounting and implementation of accounting Support for the creation of monthly and annual accounts Ensuring the implementation and compliance of predefined standards and processes Responsibility for creditor and debitor accounting Monitoring of payment and reminding Application and holiday planning within the department Leadership, communication (including annual talks), motivation and development of employees Develop, implement and monitor efficient work processes Participation in cost and earnings optimization settlement of insurance and lawyer cases

Completed training on account holder/in or financial account holder/in or equivalent Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally with leadership experience Very good knowledge of financial accounting Structured, process-proof and economically shaped mode of operation Safe handling of common accounting and ERP systems and digital tools Clear, target-group-oriented communication skills in word and writing High stress resistance and frustration tolerance, even in time and time pressure Cooperative, evaluating team and interface work Constructive handling of feedback and conflicts Responsibility and readiness for continuous training
