Teamlead E-Commerce (m/w/d) - Marketing Location: Konstanz | Start: from now on | Working time: Full time Not only do you want to manage campaigns and listings, but you want to run e-commerce as a growth system? You can control a team operationally, set clear priorities and consistently develop processes, tools and automation? Then Teamlead will become e-commerce (m/w/d) at Bedifol and actively shape the next stage of development of our digital sales strategy.

Leadership & Implementation Power: You carry out our e-commerce team professionally and disciplinaryly, develop employees in a targeted manner and establish a way of working that combines performance, ownership and clean implementation. Growth via marketplaces & shops: You are responsible for the further development of our main sales channels (shop & marketplaces) and set clear priorities according to economic impact. You recognize potentials, tax measures and make sure that results become visible. Performance & sales control: You tax e-commerce using clear KPIs (e.g. sales, RoAS/ACoS, conversion rate, cover fee, return rate). You consistently translate numbers into measures and bring structure into action planning and implementation. Online marketing with a focus on profitability: You develop pastel, SEO, and content measures, optimise campaigns and make sure budget, performance and profitability are in the right balance. Product data, content & conversion optimization: Improve product data quality, content structures and listings to increase visibility, conversion and customer experience measurably in the shop as well as in marketplaces. Processes, systems & automation: You analyze processes in e-commerce, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in everyday life. In doing so, you actively drive automation and the sensible use of AI so that the team can work faster, cleaner and scalable. Interfaces & cooperation: You work closely with product management, IT and Brand & Communication and ensure that topics such as range, availability, content and actions are efficiently coordinated and implemented.

Experience & Responsibility: You have several years of professional experience in e-commerce (shop and/or marketplaces) and ideally first leadership experience – disciplined or professional. Business Focus: You think in KPIs, understand economic relationships and meet decisions based on data. Hands-on mentality: You not only set up concepts, but you put things in the target – pragmatic, structured and with clear prioritization. Marketing & Marketplace Understanding: You know the mechanics of performance marketing and marketplaces and know how to achieve growth through clean structures, content and campaigns. Digital Affinity & Automation: You have the pleasure of tools, systems and automation and ideally bring first experience with AI-based workflows. Leadership: You can lead a team, create clarity and build motivation about measurable successes and good cooperation.
