Operational Technician Hydrogen Production (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for the following tasks: Plant operation and monitoring Control and monitor hydrogen production: electrolysis, compressors/compressors, compressed air, gas warning and safety systems, quality testing

carry out plant tours; Deviations, leakages and damages detect, report, document

Optimizing operation with regard to safety (HSEQ), availability, performance, economy

instruct, coordinate, monitor H2 trailer and external service providers on site

Alarm management and troubleshooting Check, evaluate, acknowledge alarms/error messages

Initial and Troubleshooting for Fast, Safe Restarting

support causes analyses; close coordination with maintenance, engineering and service providers

Complete documentation of faults, measures and corrections

Support Remote Control Center (RCC) On-site support for monitoring, inspections, functional checks, verifications

Participation in commissioning, out-of-operation, switching, restarting operations

Relevant system states, alarms and operating data to the RCC

H2 service stations Support the operation, controls and functional checks of the H2 station (HRS)

Trailer filling and logistics interface Receive trailer and foreign companies, provide security, maintain

monitor loading operations; enforce security, traffic and behaviour rules

Check ADR, Transport, Security and Release Documents

You should share these skills and experiences: Complete technical vocational training, e.g. technicians for industrial engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanic, chemical, plant drivers or comparable

experience in the operation of process, energy or hydrogen plants desirable; Alternatively, you bring the motivation to work in H2 / electrolysis technology

handling of technical gases, pressure systems, gas warning and safety technology; Knowledge of relevant work, environmental and safety regulations

Advantage: Qualification as an electrician, knowledge DIN VDE 0105‐100, Ex-Protection-Grundlagen, ADR-Bezug
