Totally responsible control and monitoring of complex international customer projects over the entire project lifecycle including proactive initiation and implementation of control measures Central contact for customers (one face to the customer) as well as independent management of negotiations, in particular in the context of supplementary and contractual adjustments Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of external partners. Ensure smooth communication between customers and ANDRITZ Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of budget, dates and quality with simultaneous active stakeholder management Responsibility for professional claim and risk management including early identification, assessment and implementation of appropriate measures Creation of meaningful reporting and management-oriented preparation of project key figures and decision bases as well as the creation of a audit-proof project documentation

Studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally in special machine construction, as well as distinct technical understanding Structured, independent and proactive mode of operation combined with target strength and enforcement capability Safe handling of common IT tools; very good knowledge of German and English Teamability, resilience and flexibility as well as high international travel readiness
