For our specialized hairdresser salon we are looking for

a dedicated hairdresser (m/w/d) in full time or part time.

As a salon with special emphasis in the sensitive area of hair loss, hair compaction and individual hair solutions, we serve many customers who are in a personal exceptional situation. Therefore, we are primarily looking for a personality with pronounced sensitivity, discretion and fingertip feeling.

We focus on humans – not just hairstyle.

Your tasks

• Individual advice and support of our customers
• Sensitive companion in the area of hair loss and hair replacement
• Cutting, styleing and care according to current techniques
• Support for hair compaction and second-hair solutions (release possible)
• Active design of an esteeming salon climate

It's ideal to bring you with

• Completed training as a hairdresser (m/w/d) or corresponding professional experience
• Also motivated cross- or reincomers are welcome
• High level of empathy and empathy
• Joy in dealing with people in sensitive situations
• Careful, safe and friendly appearance
• Good German knowledge of Word and Scripture
• Team skills, reliability and motivation for further development
