• Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure smooth reorders.
• Take care of order, control and all goods movements in the warehouse – from the receipt of goods to the damage check.
• ♂️ Coordinate after-contractors on our premises and be their reliable contact.
• Document all stocks and movements carefully in our ERP system to ensure full transparency.
• Edit complaints solution-oriented and help to fix problems quickly and professionally.
• Excess responsibility for our inventory and care as inventory manager for order and overview. Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or a technical background.
• You are safe in handling ERP systems (Navision is a Plus) and MS Office.
• You bring technical understanding of processes in the warehouse and ideally a fork certificate.
• Your work is structured, reliable and independent – even in turbulent situations.
• You're a team player with an engagement and communicate clearly, in German and solid English (min. B2). You can look forward to this:
