You are the face of TimePartner and represent our group to the outside You have excellent relationships with existing customers and potential new customers

You acquire new customers and engage them comprehensively from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract

You conduct competent consultations on employee transfer and personal placement by telephone and in the field of external services to determine the individual needs of your customers

You plan and carry out self-responsive sales activities to achieve the acquisition goals and increase sales

You develop tailor-made solutions in the field of personnel service and present these to your customers convincingly

Ensure successful communication between your stakeholders

You represent our HR services at career fairs and at relevant events

You are happy to have a completed training as a personal service provider and/or a study in the social, economic or commercial field (or a comparable qualification) A valid class B licence is required

You've already collected well-founded sales experiences and celebrated successes

Ideally, you can look back on several years of professional experience in the staff services industry, consulting or mediation
