Werkstudent Sustainability & DEI (m/f/d)

As a working student Sustainability & DEI, you will participate in the design, implementation, application and improvement of diverse sustainability topics with a high degree of self-responsibility and development potential, and thus make one of the leading European media houses sustainable for the future! This is what awaits you You support ProSiebenSat.1 Group and its subsidiaries in developing and implementing their climate strategy. You support CO2 reduction measures and the collection of environmental and emission indicators You support the calculation of Group-wide carbon footprint and help with CO2 reporting according to international standards Furthermore, you are working on expanding sustainability management and developing the sustainability strategy and supporting your teammates. These include ESG-related sustainability ratings and the implementation of an SBTI-based climate strategy in close cooperation with your team In addition, you support the content of the ProSiebenSat.1 Sustainability Report to CSRD, as well as internal and external communication on sustainability You are researching, creating topic-specific evaluations and supporting the Sustainability & DEI team in administrative topics

You study environmental and sustainability management, economics or a comparable discipline You want to grab us for 20 hours/week, for a minimum of 6 months Your high affinity for sustainability and climate issues is what distinguishes you, because terms such as SBTI, GHG or CDP are not foreign words for you - ideally you have already gained first experience in sustainability management You are strong in communication, a dedicated team player as well as well organized and work conscientiously, precise and independent Your good numerical understanding as well as your pronounced analytical skills and good Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel) complete your profile
