Your tasks:

This is your job in the future Currently, we are looking for our customers in the field of automotive delivery a:n automotive mechatronic:in with foreign language knowledge at the Plochingen site near Stuttgart:

• You provide 2nd level support for automotive workshops and help with repair and diagnostic issues around the vehicle
• With IAM and OE tools, you can perform remote procedures such as diagnosis, parameterization, calibration and flashing
• You use the software of the respective vehicle brand/diagnosis software to identify problems and find solutions
• You order vehicle-specific spare parts and assist in repairs
• You communicate with our customers through portal chat, phone, visual Connect Pro and CDB-Ticketing

Your qualifications:

• You have a completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronic:in, motor vehicle mechanic:in or two wheel mechanic:in
• Ideally you bring professional experience in the automotive sector and know you with technical systems, vehicle IT and ESI-Tronic
• You have experience with OE and IAM tools as well as knowledge in flashing ECUs
• Telephone customer contact lies to you and you are communicatively strong in technical repairs
• Customer orientation is self-evident and you also keep a friendly appearance in stressful situations
• You speak fluent German and have knowledge in another language such as Dutch or French
