KPI-Spezialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated KPI specialist (m/w/d), who is responsible for key figures management and controlling in our company. In this role, you are responsible for the design, analysis and tracking of relevant business figures, such as OPEX, CAPEX and TCO. You develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework for measuring and controlling performance and expenditure and create regular reports, dashboards and presentations for management in order to show the performance transparently. Another focus of your activity is the cost tracking and analysis of the causes. You conduct a detailed analysis of operating costs (OPEX) and investment expenditure (CAPEX) and work closely with colleagues to identify deviations between plan and actual values and identify their causes. You will also support the creation of budgets and forecasts for technical expenditure. In the field of process optimization, you will accompany root-cause analyses in performance deviations and provide support when needed in evaluating the cost-effectiveness of technical projects and investments. You are also responsible for continuously developing the reporting structures and tools. In addition, ensure the correct data collection and data quality in the relevant systems. A solid knowledge in handling SAP, in particular in the modules that are relevant for controlling and maintenance (e.g. SAP CO, SAP PM) is desirable. You bring the willingness to work into further subject-specific applications and technical topics in order to understand the content of the data and processes.

Completed economic training e.g. for industrial, foreign trade businessman with corresponding experience in controlling, or economic engineering studies focusing on finance, technology or controlling. Multiannual professional experience, preferably in a technical or production environment. Very well-founded business knowledge (OPEX, CAPEX, TCO, ROI etc.) and pronounced analytical skills. Solid knowledge in handling SAP (ideally SAP CO and SAP PM) or comparable ERP systems. Very good knowledge in handling MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible way. High self-initiative, a pronounced process understanding and team capacity. Flowing German and good English skills. .
