At Hanover Airport, you will take on service in a special environment: defence fire protection, technical assistance, firefighting and rescue services are directly interwoven with us. For our airport fire brigade we are looking for trained firefighters who want to take responsibility in the 24-hour service and develop professionally. Your tasks in this particular environment include: Building and aircraft fire protection Technical assistance Rescue service Aircraft recovery and backup of aircraft Fire safety guards Vehicle guidance after qualification and function Participation in areas and workshops of the airport fire brigade Training, Exercises and Documentation If required and suitability use in the firefighter-use center

completed firefighting training for the main occupation service, ideally category 1, second entry office with B3 / group leader qualification as an alternative to a comparable primary professional firefighting qualification, for example B2 training or a completed training as a firefighter / firefighter Qualification as an emergency suitor, rescue assistant or at least rescue assistant unrestricted usability, in particular breathability and physical performance Class C driving licence Willingness to work in the 24-hour service Willingness to complete airport-specific training Reliability, teamability and a calm, binding occurrence also in dynamic situations Also desirable are: Qualifications in aircraft fire control, e.g. ADV 1 and 2 or comparable Experiences in aircraft mining Training in aircraft fire control with liquid fuels at an international training centre Class CE licence English knowledge of communication in the airport environment Experience in a professional, factory or airport firefighter The lack of airport-specific qualifications is not a reason for exclusion if the technical and personal suitability exists. The necessary qualifications are made possible within the framework of our training and training planning. The activity requires a successful reliability check after the AirSiG and the vaccination protection required for the service.
