Self-fulfilment of maintenance and maintenance orders in building technology Tests and inspections according to technical and professional requirements Ensure operational readiness and safety of technical installations, including fault diagnosis and elimination Documentation and tracking of maintenance and repair measures Coordination and control of external service providers (instruction, quality testing, acceptance) Participation in fault service and support and training of colleagues in the technical field

Completed technical training, e.g. electromechanics, electrical skills according to VDE 0105 or plant mechanic SHK – alternatively relevant professional experience Good knowledge of industrial, building and household engineering and troubleshooting Safe handling of PC and IT systems Friendly, binding appearance to customers and service providers High commitment, sense of responsibility and independent, quality-oriented operation Team skills and willingness to continue Driving licence Class B and personal mobility
