Recruiting: You support the entire recruiting process - from selection of suitable talents to successful onboarding Applicant Management: As the first contact person for applicants, you take over the planning and coordination of interviews Contracts & Administration: You help to create and manage contracts and thus ensure a smooth administrative process Emloyer Branding: To strengthen our employer brand, you work on the development and implementation of employer branding strategies Personal Marketing: You support the planning, organization and participation in trade fairs and other activities in personal marketing HR Projects: You are actively working to promote the digitization and optimization of HR processes

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of human resources management, business management, economic psychology or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on personnel. You have good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Your personal strengths include a quick understanding, an independent and structured way of working, and a high level of reliability. You go open to people and have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
