Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Bamberg You organize the selection process of the internal students:inside for the 2026 recruitment year at the Bamberg site.

You organize suitability tests, prepare interviews and participate in them.

You set up the IHK retraining contracts for applicants selected by the training department:inside and manage all related documents.

You are also responsible for the further processing of the selection process of technical and commercial trainees and dual students.

You support the seminar planning for our trainees and the preparations for our marketing events.

Start: from January 2026 or by arrangement Duration: 6 months

Education: studies in the field of business administration, pedagogy or comparable (ideally with the focus on staff) Personality and mode of operation: team-ready, always friendly, responsive and flexible; structured and careful working Experiences and know-how: MS-Office knowledge explicitly desired (Outlook) Enthusiasm: Interest and fun in organizational tasks and in cooperation with people Languages: very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge in word and writing The prerequisite for the internship is the enrollment at a university. We offer this job exclusively as a compulsory internship according to the regulations of studies.
