Office & Order Management Support (m/f/d)

As a counterpart to the Munich office, you are our good soul in Freiburg and keeps the day-to-day business running: in the office, around the fleet and wherever it is burning. You work closely with colleagues on site, our interfaces (e.g. service providers in the fleet), colleagues in the order and Office Management in Munich. You bring structure in, you think, grab and see where processes go easier. Your tasks: Office-Heldin & Wohlfühl-Managerin: You make sure that the office is running in Freiburg (supplies, coffee/drinks, post pure/raus, service providers such as cleaning/homemasters, service dates for printer/coffee machine, pour plants – just the full program). Post- & document professional: You empty the mailbox, do everything on, scan, distribute internally, organize the mail outlet and make sure nothing remains. Fuhrpark-Connector: You are the main interface to our service provider in the fleet (leasing, damage, tuning), contact person for employees with vehicles, managst tank cards and co-ordinator topics such as ticket & Co. Orga- & Projekt-Booster: Du supportest Meetings/Events, help management support (e.g. bookings/Orga) and take special projects Order Management Support: You support our Order Management team in day-to-day business, as you are not busy with Office Management activities. You understand processes quickly, work in a structured manner and help that processes work cleanly and reliably.

Orga talent with overview: You keep many balls in the air at the same time, prioritize smart and work reliably – even if spontaneous topics are added.
