You are responsible for the transferred item in puncto quality assurance, control and cleanliness and organize the work in terms of personnel and time and guide the employees assigned to you. You order the goods needed daily and care for their proper storage. You ensure a quality and price-conscious consumption of all foods and keep you informed about the recipes, quantity and weight. The food preparation offers you a continuous best quality and appealing food presentation. During the inventory and the monthly closing, you support the kitchen line. A daily consultation and close cooperation with the appropriate supervisors, as well as your support in offering design with creative ideas, are part of everyday work for you. You adhere to the prescribed hygiene regulations and the relevant food laws, as well as safety regulations and safety measures.

You have a completed vocational training for cooking/cooking and have a multi-year professional experience on well-founded expertise in gastronomy. You have an interest and experience in modern, innovative cuisine with fresh products. Experience in handling modern kitchen techniques and the corresponding equipment as well as ready-to-use, customer orientation and cost-oriented quality thinking complete your profile. You have fun on teamwork, are communicative and have first experiences in the team management. You want to educate yourself and show enthusiasm for your work.
