Working Student HR Consulting / Focus on Recruiting (m/f/d)

You accompany recruiting processes from the first idea to onboarding Through targeted Active Sourcing via Business Networks and Social Media Channels, you will find matching candidates You design and control social media recruiting campaigns You will be included in the applicant management from the first contact to the setting or cancellation – each candidate gets a feedback After a first session, you can accompany and conduct interviews You take over general office activities such as searches, telephone calls, process documentation, data management and presentations

You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable course of studies – ideally focusing on human resources or human resources. You are strong in communication, empathy and bring a positive attitude with You want to move something and you want to work into new tasks You're very good with MS Office programs You are an organizational talent, knowing relationships, thinking and bringing your own ideas
