Project Manager - Focus on Design / Interior Design (m/f/d)

You plan, tax and manage interdisciplinary projects from the first idea to the final implementation – always with a view to progress, quality, budget and time You are the interface between creation and production and make sure that ideas become realistic, thought-out and feasible You think experience holistic – from storytelling to product design and UX to handling, maintenance and longevity, and coordinate disciplines such as design, content, furniture construction, media technology, software and UX You actively contribute your design skills to the development of exhibits and installations You recognize risks and optimization potentials early and develop sustainable solutions You bring the right people together, communicate with all participants at eye level and ensure clear handovers between all project participants

You bring at least 3–5 years of professional experience in project management and design in interior design, museum design and scenography or a comparable environment, ideally with strong reference to constructive topics You are a generalist:in through and through: You can inspire yourself for a wide range of topics from media technology, electrical engineering, software, UX, furniture construction, content or kinetics – even without being an expert in all areas You have solid craftsmanship in classic project management – time, resource and budget planning are of course for you You are happy to advise customers and guide projects communicatively and structuredly You understand constructive details in exhibit and prototype construction and think materiality, construction and feasibility from the outset with You have experience in dealing with vector graphics and 3D software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Rhino, Cinema4D or 3ds Max You are curious, love change and want to really understand things – not just manage You also keep track of ongoing projects and act responsibly You work independently, actively engage in the team and find yourself in interdisciplinary structures as well as in direct customer talk For cooperation with international customers: you have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
