Cooperation in the planning and structuring of large and complex projects in all areas of heat transfer. These include the definition of project structures, timetables and milestones, as well as the support for the new construction and conversion of power plants, the construction of geothermal plants and the expansion of network infrastructure Monitoring and control of projects related to cost management, scheduling, quality assurance and risk management. This includes the analysis of target, actual and forecast data as well as the development of control measures for deviations Further development of project management methods and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the project processes Ensuring clear communication, documentation and implementation of project changes and optimising resource management to maximise project efficiency Building and maintaining effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders. In doing so, you will ensure transparent communication and cooperation to successfully achieve the project objectives

Successfully completed studies in the field of construction, engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in project management or project management of large and complex projects in the field of energy production, plant construction or network infrastructure Very good knowledge of the application of project management tools and methods Ideally a completed certification in project management (PMI, IPMA Level B or C) Strong technical and economic understanding for controlling construction and infrastructure projects Experience in the planning and implementation of workshops Embossed team and communication skills as well as safe occurrence and experience in competent handling of all project participants
