In this role, you are responsible for the professional development of the SAP-MM solution in the area of MRP and inventory control. You are the central interface between specialist and IT, control external partners and ensure that the BwBM logistics processes run reliably and efficiently. The area The IT product and application management team is responsible for the operation and further development of the BwBM SAP landscape. After the successful introduction of S/4HANA in the Greenfield approach, the focus is on continuous optimization – especially in the field of supply chain management. The team works closely with departments, IT architecture and external implementation partners.

You bring SAP-MM expertise and use it in ongoing operation as well as in strategic development. Your duties include: Responsibility for inventory management and disposition in SAP MM – Ensuring optimal use and continuous further development of the solution Determining, evaluating and consolidating requirements from the SCM area as well as close coordination with the product management of adjacent SAP logistics applications Development of user stories and business cases including realistic resource, appointment and budget planning Independent planning and management of (partial) projects – from initialization to completion Coordination and control of external service providers and implementation partners

The focus is on the ability to accurately record specialist area requirements, translate SAP-side and control implementation processes in a structured manner. Ideally you bring: Multiannual professional practice as an in-house consultant, application manager or SAP consultant with a focus on SAP MM – ideally based on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori Funded knowledge in material demand planning (MRP), disposition, inventory management and/or relocation processes Customizing experience as well as integration of adjacent modules, ideally SAP EWM Practice in project management (agil, hybrid or classic) and stakeholder management Complete study of economic informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification You work structured, think in processes and communicate safely at all levels. We require very good German knowledge (C2).
