You process inquiries via ticket system, e-mail and telephone and advise internal users in German and English. You are active in the 1st level support and clarifies enquiries autonomously – if necessary, you tune with the 2nd level or go on to more complex cases You organize and accompany Systemrollouts in Germany. You document regularly occurring support topics and define standard feedback. You create and interpret support statistics.
