They carry out tasks in the educational field, work on projects and develop the pedagogical concept together with the colleagues. They have recognised in our introduction text and could imagine being part of the AWO. They are an organizational stalent and a macher*in with strong nerves. They have a successfully completed educational training as a nurse. They enjoy the care, education and education of children. Uncertain yet?
