Senior Manager ESG Reporting / CSRD in Munich (m/f/d)

Development and development of ESG reporting: You develop a group-wide ESG reporting according to CSRD/ESRS and integrate it as a fixed component in the Group position report. Control of Group-wide ESG data collection: You coordinate the data collection across all relevant fields and ensure data quality, consistency and traceability. Development of reporting, control and assurance processes: You establish audit-proof processes, internal controls (IKS) and documentation standards and continuously develop ESG reporting structures with regard to external assurance requirements. Translation of regulatory requirements: You transfer complex requirements from the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards into clear KPIs, definitions and reporting guidelines. Creation of the Sustainability Report: You are responsible for creating the annual ESG or Sustainability report at Group level. Interface to audit and stakeholders: You accompany external audits and are central contact persons for auditors and internal stakeholders. Monitoring of regulatory developments: You observe relevant developments around CSRD, ESRS and EU-Taxonomy and derive concrete action needs for the Group.

You have a degree in economics with a focus on controlling, accounting or sustainability/ESG or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in ESG reporting, group reporting or auditing or consulting in the context of CSRD‐/Sustainability-Reporting (e.g. Big Four). You bring well-founded knowledge in building audited non-financial reporting and ideally experience with CSRD/ESRS. You have experience in dealing with auditors and in audit-related reporting processes. You have a very good understanding of reporting processes, data models, consolidation and documentation logics. You think analytically and structured and can translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, audit-proof reporting structures. You communicate safely in German and English; Experience in health is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
