HR Specialist Payroll (m/w/d)

Our customer is one of the leading manufacturers of yeast extracts and other yeast products in Europe. The traditional company today belongs to an international group and also produces pharmaceutical active ingredients.

We are looking for a HR Specialist Payroll (m/w/d) in parttime (about 25 hours/week).

Part of the four-person HR team and direct lead HR business partner policy Ensuring proper and timely payroll including preparatory activities and follow-up activities as an interface to the external payroll service provider Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Management of personal changes Acquisition of administrative activities in the area of HR, such as the creation of letters of remuneration, certificates and the acquisition of correspondence Data management and administration in the time economy system and further development of the associated digital processes Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts and audits Compilation of statistics Management of occupational pensions Participation in projects

You have profound professional experience in the field of payroll accounting, ideally in the industrial sector, and enjoy the implementation and optimization of payroll processes You have a well-founded knowledge in the field of pay tax and social security law You are digital tools and you are versed in dealing with MS Office - especially Excel and Word You have a high affinity for digitizing processes and are sure to move in common time management software, ideally in AIDA You have a high number affinity and work systematically, carefully and independently Service orientation and communication strength as well as good cooperation in the team are important to you Your German skills are fluent, your English skills are good You like to work hands-on and independently and enjoy becoming part of a professional HR team
