Cloud- und Security-Specialist (m/f/d)

Our IT division is divided into the strategic and operational departments support, system management, development & projects. With more than 40 colleagues*, we operate a complex IT infrastructure and support the company through innovative solutions and software developments. We are involved in small, medium and large strategic projects of various disciplines, such as the supply chain management or the controlling.

As part of the Cloud Infrastructure and Operational Security team, you will work with colleagues to manage, develop and secure the cloud platforms and hybrid security architecture. It ensures the running capability of the security systems and the cloud environment and contributes significantly to their protection. You are actively involved in the Security Incident Response. The team monitors security compliance and checks the effectiveness of measures taken. You work closely with the CISO and other IT teams.

Operation, maintenance and further development of our Azure infrastructure, the Microsoft‐365 environment and endpoint security solutions Evaluation, evaluation and introduction of new cloud and on-prem security technologies Planning and implementation of cloud migrations Cloud backup and disaster recovery for cloud workloads Active collaboration with the Incident Response of the Cloud and Security environments Continuous monitoring and optimization of security-relevant configurations and measures 2nd level support for the supervised systems

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Knowledge of cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Experience in cloud security, including Conditional Access, MFA, Azure Information Protection and Cloud backup and disaster recovery concepts Understanding cloud architectures and their technical implementation, for example with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Experiences with on-prem security issues, e.g. endpoint security and vulnerability management Basic knowledge of common IT and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL or BSI Very good knowledge of German in word and writing A structured, solution-oriented way of thinking
