Support of management in day-to-day operations and the role of the link between management and department management Planning, coordination and monitoring of appointments, visits and events as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings, including logging during meetings Self-elaboration of presentations for different addressees Post and mail processing Pre- and post-processing of works council topics Compilation of statistics, evaluations and organigrams Travel booking and settlement of travel costs and checking of invoices Close cooperation with all areas of the logistics center as well as with different areas of expertise

A completed commercial training or an economic study Multiannual professional experience in assistance Experience in the preparation of protocols as well as knowledge in business constitution and labour laws Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in the application of AI-based tools such as Microsoft Copilot A flexible operation with a pronounced communication and team capability Responsibility, independence, reliability and discretion
