As (Senior) Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the order processing from the audit planning, the audit implementation, report creation, and the outcome presentation. With your successful and high-quality final exam, you take on personnel responsibility and achieve a sustainable added value for our clients, especially in terms of energy transformation. Future Audit: With your expertise, you are driving the implementation of our risk-oriented audit approach with innovative and digital audit tools. You implement your efficiency-enhancing ideas for the meaningful use of technology in the final exam. Communication: You act as a central contact person for the leadership levels of our clients and our international colleagues in the global Deloitte network. Leadership: You are responsible for the operational planning, coordination, leadership and motivation of your interdisciplinary examination teams. You demand and support the next generation of auditors: inside and contribute significantly to a productive working environment. Project success: In cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams, you can efficiently lead projects to success with high quality. At the same time, you are looking at the cost-effectiveness of the projects and are looking for unpredictability. Acquise: You also contribute significantly to obtaining new mandates by working out offers and representing them in presentations and pitches.

Successfully completed auditor exams Experience in an audit and/or consulting company Very good knowledge of national and international accounting as well as strong understanding of processes and control High quality awareness, safe occurrence, customer orientation and negotiation skills Good to very good understanding of energy economic relations Communication strength as well as German and English very well in word and writing
