In the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatic Medicine, we treat 4,500 patients with a wide range of psychiatric diseases every year. The clinic currently comprises 70 stationary and 28 semi-stationary places and outpatient treatment offers. In the course of a structural and content reorientation, we are looking for a leading personality as a senior physician (m/w/d), who takes on a key role in patient care with a great sense of responsibility and together with us shapes the future of the clinic. Medical guide: You take over the medical supervision of individual functional areas or stations of the clinic and represent the chief physician in the absence. Team management & training: You supervise, guide and promote the training of the medical and therapeutic team to ensure a high quality of treatment. Strategic hospital development: You are actively involved in the medical and organizational reorientation of the clinic and participate in the strategic reorganization. Quality-oriented patient care: You ensure guidance, economic and quality-oriented patient care and work on the further development of integrative treatment concepts. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You participate in background services, conduct clinical meetings and engage in interdisciplinary bodies as well as in the design of regional supply networks.

You have German approval and are a specialist (m/w/d) for psychiatry and psychotherapy, ideally with additional training in psychosomatic medicine or bringing experience in the psychosomatic context. You have several years of senior medical experience or strong management competence in a responsible position and are characterized by a high degree of organisational capacity, structured working style and joy in multi-professional cooperation. You bring leadership with high communication capability, integrity and responsibility and are able to conduct clear, empathic and addressable discussions. You are interested in the design of supply structures within the framework of the regional budget (§ 64b SGB V) and are willing to actively shape changes and advance innovation processes.
