Be part of our Customer Intelligence team and take a key role in the analysis and accounting of consumption data. In our team, you are responsible for creating consumption statistics for external customers as well as internal accounting of framework contracts. Your tasks Production of consumption statistics: You create consumption statistics for external customers and support the internal accounting of framework contracts.

Contract & system expertise: You analyze contract models, their consumption and their system-side mapping and ensure their correct representation.

Interface function & quality control: You recognize irregularities in the system, coordinate corrections and work closely with departments such as sales, contract management and customer service.

Consultancy & Collaboration: You act as a response and savings partner for internal departments and support them with your expertise.

Process optimization & automation: You identify optimization potentials, implement them independently and drive the automation of processes.

Complete economic studies with an analytical focus or comparable training

Excellent analytical skills and excellent Excel skills

Secure knowledge of English in word and writing

Embossed customer and service orientation as well as communication capability, binding occurrence and enforcement strength

Stress resistance and ability to adapt to new structures quickly

Knowledge of BusinessObjects/ PowerBI of advantage
