Technique trainer (m/f/d)

As a technical trainer (m/w/d), you take over the development and updating of trainings or the conceptual development of training contents and materials. You define the appropriate training method (presence training, e-learning, virtual classroom) for the efficient switching of training content and implement it. You develop and create training materials including trainer and training guides for the relevant products. In addition, you take over the documentation of the relevant product innovations. The performance of master trainings (Train-The-Trainer), pre-series trainings and partner trainings for the international CLAAS service organization is also part of your activities. You cooperate with the technical development of the relevant product companies as well as, if necessary, external suppliers and product management. In addition, you will be in close coordination of the training content with selected partner trainers in the markets and the CLAAS Service (CSP) based on the Central Academy standards. You support the partner trainers through coaching or mentoring. Pre- and post-processing of training machines completes your extensive portfolio of tasks.

You have a successfully completed study of engineering with a focus on agricultural machinery/ mechanical engineering/mechatronics/electrotechnics or comparable international degrees, as well as, if necessary, completed training in comparable areas. In addition, you have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of agricultural engineering, construction machines or electrical engineering. Negotiating English skills in word and writing, French skills desirable. You can demonstrate good MS Office knowledge. Your pedagogical skills and a very pronounced customer orientation are characterized. A strong ability to work in the team is a success factor for this position. In addition, you will be prepared and interested in international business trips or Work assignments (document and training abroad).
