CNC milling cutter with 5-axis & Fanuc experience from 20,00€

Your tasks in everyday life:

• You independently set up 5-axis CNC milling centers with Fanuc control, test and secure the machines for new production orders – from tool selection to zero point setting
• You can read programs safely, adjust corrections directly to the controller and optimically existing NC programs,so that throughput times decrease and Part quality remains constant
• In shift operation, you take over the production of more demanding Precision components made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other materials – you always keep in mind dimensional and shape tolerances
• Quality assurance is of course part of this for you: Dimensions check with suitable measuring means, documents results conscientiously and recognizes Deficiencies early
• Preventive maintenance and maintenance work on the machines self-responsibility through – thus ensuring high machine availability and avoids unplanned failures
• In close coordination with work preparation and quality assurance actively develop your experience to develop manufacturing processes and Lifting optimization potentials
