Due to the re-ordering of the department, we are looking for a committed and motivated candidate (m/w/d) in the Ulm area at the next possible time. You take responsibility for the operational controlling in sales, production and central areas of the DACH region and work closely with local units You actively participate in monthly and annual accounts and ensure correct delimitations and internal accounting You control the planning and forecasting processes and perform ad hoc analyses as well as business cases You create reports and calculations, maintain participations and answer the capex report You actively shape modern controlling structures and agree closely with group-wide teams You lead and promote a long-term controlling team of about six employees and implement a modern controlling culture

You have a successfully completed business studies (Uni/FH/DH) with a focus on controlling and/or finance or a comparable training with a corresponding additional qualification You have a profound professional experience in a comparable position within a large medium-sized production company You have a proven knowledge of production, sales and investment controlling, have experience within M&A projects and have already managed a team of several people you have developed. You know very well with the current MS Office package as well as with SAP R/3, ideally SAP S/4Hana from You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
