As a speaker Talent Acquisition (m/w/d) you are important:in our team. You bring your first experience in applicant management and thus efficiently support all administrative tasks. Sourcing: From the first point of view to the preselection to the forwarding and care of applications, you will accompany our processes of talent selection. Teamwork: Whether it's about sending the candidate correspondence or other activities in recruitment, you are actively working with our talent acquisition team. Organization: Carefully prepare our various events such as selection days, recruiting events or (virtual) fairs. Communication: Applicants will be happy to contact you as the first respondent when it comes to questions of our application and selection process. Coordination: For smooth processes in the recruiting process, you agree job interviews for the field.

Completion of commercial training or relevant studies First experiences in recruiting and / or applicant management Knowledge of applicant management systems is advantageous Communicative, team-oriented and flexible is your way of working so you can quickly adjust to changing challenges German and English very well in word and writing
