Organize: You support the District Director in preparing and updating his appointments and actions and maintain existing business connections. Acting independently: You process processes in our systems, create offers, keep them up and motivate our business partners. Communicate: The further development of internal processes within the team and cooperation with other units of the company brings you variety and self-responsibility. Presenting: You can perform web seminars and online training after you have been incorporated and thus live modern sales support. At sales events, you can support and experience varied sales everyday.

Education: You are a specialist or a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance, a specialist (m/w/d) or have a comparable training or have already gained professional experience within the insurance industry. Radiation: You are open, communicative and very service oriented. You have a motivated job setting. Technology affinity: In the Microsoft and Office world you are working safely and already know online communication tools such as teams or zoom. Team-Player (m/w/d): You live the team idea and like working in the small team. Skills: You work reliably, committed and have a quick understanding. You are ready to acquire new knowledge and to take over challenging tasks. Flexibility: You are ready to work within the phone services between 8:30 - 17:00.
